Peter Gilbert supervises the housing unit in the Durham Office of Legal Aid of North Carolina and the Eviction Diversion Program. He was graduated from the UNC School of Law in 2009 and Yale University in 2003. Prior to coming to Legal Aid in 2014, he worked for the UNC Center for Civil Rights on issues of fair housing and environmental justice. He clerked for Judge William L. Osteen, Jr. in the US District Court for the Middle District of NC.
