Heather Scheiwe Kulp is the Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator for the New Hampshire Judicial Branch and serves on the State's Access to Justice Commission. She earned her law degree from Northwestern Law School and began her legal career as a Skadden Fellow at Resolution Systems Institute in Chicago, where her major projects included assessing Illinois' family dispute resolution programs, designing foreclosure mediation programs, and drafting small claims mediation models. From 2012-2017, Kulp was a law lecturer and clinical instructor at Harvard Law School. Her projects have included assessing the Felony Settlement Conference process in the New Hampshire Superior Court and drafting the community college job negotiation resources for the U.S. Department of Education.
