Jocelyn Dyer is the Senior Counsel of Pro Bono Programs at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where she oversees the organization’s pro bono endeavors. She also directs the mentorship program for the Immigration Justice Campaign, an initiative seeking to mobilize attorneys to provide pro bono representation to detained immigrants in removal proceedings. Jocelyn joined AILA from Human Rights First, where she mentored and trained pro bono lawyers representing asylum seekers. Jocelyn graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and clerked for the Honorable Judge F. Dennis Saylor, IV of the District of Massachusetts. Jocelyn earned her B.A. from Cornell University.
