Dean Friedman is responsible for the Pro Bono and Public Interest Program, at both Rutgers campuses, in Camden and Newark. Friedman constructed and runs the Maida Public Interest Fellowships and the Social Justice Scholars Program. She teaches the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project seminar and has introduced numerous pipeline diversity programs to Rutgers . She also teaches Client Interviewing and Counseling. Friedman holds a JD from New York University and a BA from Yale University.
